Q :What's the after-service of LiRo?
A :

1. 2 year warranty for hardwear ( bulb only for 3 months ), lifelong for software   

2. If there is a problem during use, pls send us details or videos or pictures for confirm at sight.

    we will help you to fix it, free accessories are available, but the freight is on your sight. 

    If for big issues, pls send the defective product back to us, we'll resend a new one instead.

Q :What's the shipment of LiRo?
A :

Package :  Standard export carton case or flight case is available is needed  

Shipping :  By air, by sea, by express ( DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT)

Q :What's the payment of LiRo?
A :

Quotation :  EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF  

Payment:  T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal,  

Small Order :  Pay in advance before shipment  

Bulk Order :  30% deposit in advance, balance 70% at sight before shipment

Q :What's the production of LiRo?
A :

MOQ:  1 unit is acceptable   

Product ETD:  2-7 working days for small order, 10-30 working days for bulck quantity.   

Customized :  OEM is acceptable   

Quality Control:  CE, RoHS,  Strict QC procedure, 3-7 working days testing before shipping
